  • How come the movie I want to watch is not currently available on EPIX?
    Sometimes movies become unavailable because other TV channels have licensed them. However, we leave the pages up so that you can view all of our awesome extra features, like trailers, behind the scenes clips, interviews....and more! Plus, chances are good that movie will be available again, soon.

    Don't worry, though, that doesn't happen with new releases!

  • Do you have Closed Captioning or subtitles?
    We do our best to provide you with Closed Captioning [CC] on as many movies as possible, when and where possible.  We are working on providing Closed Captioning [CC] to EpixHD.com, where available. To find out which movies do have closed captions [CC], you can check your TV listings, or drop a line to your TV provider for more help.
  • How do I use EPIX On Demand on my TV?
    To access EPIX On Demand:

    1. Press the menu button on your remote control.

    2. Scroll through the menu options using the up and down arrows on your remote until you find the "On Demand" selection. Press the select button on your remote to see the On Demand options.

    3. Scroll through the On Demand options using the up and down arrows on your remote until you find EPIX On Demand. Press the select button on your remote to view the available movies from EPIX On Demand.

    4. Scroll through the many movies EPIX On Demand has to offer using the up and down arrows on your remote until you find a movie you want to watch. Press the select button on your remote to view your movies.

    * Remember you can pause, rewind, fast forward, and stop your movie anytime you want and come back later to finish watching!
