To use the Private Screening Room, click on the movie you want to watch with your friends, then look just under the player. On the right side, you'll see the "Watch With Friends" button. Click that and you’ll be magically transported to the screening room and get a pop-up with a link. Copy and paste that link, and give it to your friends. Feel free to use the links on that page to easily share with Twitter, AIM, email, or Facebook.

Invite up to 4 people...new friends, old friends, anyone within the US. Even invite them right after you've watched their favorite part (although that's not very nice).

Once they click on it, they’ll join you in a private screening room, and you’ll be able to play and pause the movie. And if you want to talk, you can. Just don’t blame us if your friends tell you to shut up and watch the movie.

Remember, your friends do not need to be EPIX subscribers to join a Private Screening Room! (But they do need to set up a FREE account on EpixHD.com.)

EPIX Live is a new online forum that allows fans to interact with their favorite artists via Q&A sessions. EPIX Live provides a true social TV experience. Viewers can submit and have questions answered in real time, interact, share and comment with one another and broadcast their participation to their friends via integrations with Twitter and Facebook, allowing their social graph to access and contribute to their TV viewing experience.

This is an easy one!  Head over to EpixHD.com and click on "Sign In". Choose "Use my EPIX account" and right in that box you'll see a link that says, "Forgot password?"  Click that, enter your email address and then click "Submit".

If you've got an account on EpixHD.com, you will receive an email with handy-dandy steps on getting you signed in again.  If you receive an error, you don't have an account and can sign up by clicking "Sign Up" in the top right corner of the screen.

We can only retrieve passwords for customers with Free Trial accounts. If you subscribe to EPIX through your TV provider, you will need to get your password from them.

Sure - or tweet them, Facebook them - heck, use them to pick someone up at a party. It would be awesome if you at least tell people where you got them. Except in that party situation. You better stick to your script there.

Click on the big Movies tab at the top of the page, and it’ll give you a bunch of browsing options. If you’re one of those people who obsessively alphabetizes their books and DVDs, we’ve got you covered. Click on the big, orange "See All" button to, well, see all.

Our queue feature you can add movies you want to watch to a list on your "ME" page for later viewing.  To add movies, simply go to the movie page for the film you would like to add. To the bottom-right of the movie, below the "Watch with Friends" button, is the "Add to Queue" button.  To add a movie to your queue, simply click the button and the film will be added to your list.

We don't want to get too technical on you, but let's just say that sometimes, clearing your cache makes everything work better.

For Internet Explorer 7
1. From the Tools menu in the upper right, select Internet Options.
2. Under "Browsing history", click Delete.
3. To delete your cache, click Delete files.
To delete your cookies, click Delete cookies.
To delete your history, click Delete history.
4. Click Close, and then click OK to exit.

For Internet Explorer 8
1. From the Safety menu in the upper right, click Delete Browsing History. 
2. Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History.
3. Click Delete.

Internet Explorer 9
1. Select Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history…
2. Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies
3. Click Delete

For Mozilla Firefox
1. From the Tools menu, select Clear Recent History.
2. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
3. Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose which elements to clear.
4. Click Clear Now.

For Google Chrome
1. On the upper right, find the Customize and control Google Chrome button (it looks like a wrench).
2. Select Tools and click Clear Browsing Data.
3. Select the items you want to clear (e.g., Clear browsing history, Clear download history, Empty the cache, Delete cookies and other site data).
4. You can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information from the Clear data from this period drop-down menu. To clear your entire cache, select Everything.
5. Click Clear Browsing Data.

For Safari
1. From the Safari menu, select Reset Safari.
2. From the menu, select the items you want to reset, and then click Reset.

A majority of audio issues that users experience can be resolved on their end very easily. The following are some suggestions if you are experiencing less than satisfactory audio:

▪ Make sure the volume level on the video player is properly set and that you have not muted the movie.
▪ Make sure that your computer speakers are turned on and that the volume is set to the appropriate level. Also make sure that your computer volume is not muted. To check this do the following: On Windows: double-click the volume Icon in the System Tray making sure none of your settings are muted. On Macintosh: the volume controls are located in the top right corner of the menu bar.
▪ Make sure that you are able to listen to audio files locally on your computer.
▪ Restart your browser and try to watch another video.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, you may need to reinstall Flash
